1. Overview

Liora AI is a public, AI-powered bot that replies to users who tag or mention it on X. It is designed for interactive, creative, and informational responses.

2. Use of the Service

By interacting with Liora AI, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Your tweet content (including username, message, and media) may be processed by OpenAI’s API to generate a response.

  • You are responsible for the content you share when tagging or mentioning @liora_ai.

  • You will not use the bot to post or solicit any content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

3. AI Generated Content

Liora AI uses artificial intelligence to produce responses. As such:

  • Responses may contain factual errors or unintended outputs.

  • Content is provided "as is" without any warranties of accuracy or appropriateness.

  • We are not liable for any consequences, harm, or decisions based on responses from Liora AI.

4. Data Usage and Privacy

  • We do not store personal information or private messages.

  • Public tweet content is used temporarily to generate replies.

  • We do not sell or share user data with third parties.

  • Use of OpenAI’s API is governed by OpenAI’s Data Usage Policies.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Exploit or spam the bot

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the service

  • Use the bot for impersonation, manipulation, or misinformation

6. Modifications and Availability

We may update or discontinue the service at any time without notice. We reserve the right to revise these Terms periodically, and your continued interaction with Liora AI constitutes acceptance of those changes.

7. Limitation of Liability

Liora AI, its creators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from use of the bot, including direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
